Our Story: From Bean to Being
Our journey began with a deep passion for the land and the extraordinary coffee it can produce. Finca La Cruz was born from a desire to cultivate world-class coffee using sustainable methods that honour our environment. We are stewards of this fertile volcanic soil, carefully tending to each coffee plant from seedling to harvest.
But our vision extends beyond the coffee cup. We believe that the peace found in these mist-covered hills is something to be shared. That is why we are carefully crafting a wellness retreat on our land—a place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself and with nature. Finca La Cruz is where the invigorating energy of the coffee bean meets the restorative calm of mindful being.

Cuscateleco

Bourbon
Sweet and Classic
A world-renowned heirloom variety known for its deep sweetness, with hints of chocolate, caramel, and red fruit.
San Pacho
Smooth and Delicate
A unique and compact-growing variety offering a beautifully balanced cup with subtle notes of stone fruit and cane sugar.
The Retreat: A Sanctuary in the Hills (Coming Soon)
We are thrilled to announce that we are in the process of building a holistic wellness retreat at Finca La Cruz, with a projected opening in 2026. This sanctuary is being designed to harmonize with the natural landscape, offering a peaceful escape for rest and rejuvenation.
